Qhubeka distributes bikes every Thursday. This month is a ‘quiet’ month as schools are still settling into the new year
This is the average amount a rider will burn on a day of racing.
When the terrain turns up it can climb to as much as 7000 - that’s between 16 - 23 hamburgers!
